If you are a current or former California resident that paid the “Annual Membership Fee” to become a One Medical member at any time from May 2, 2014, to November 12, 2021, you may be a class member entitled to benefits.
Important Update: The Class Administrator began issuing Individual Settlement Payments to eligible Class Members on October 27, 2022.
The lawsuit primarily asserts that One Medical allegedly misrepresents to consumers that payment of the “Annual Membership Fee” is required to obtain medical care or services through One Medical offices when in fact payment is not required to obtain medical care or services, but rather is optional to obtain access to add-on membership services. Plaintiffs assert various causes of action or counts (also known as claims) based on the alleged conduct, which are listed in FAQ 2 .
