2023 Well Decommissioning Prime Contractor RFI
The OWA is searching for an experienced, knowledgeable, and responsible prime contractor to execute work on complex and highly technical downhole well abandonments. The prime contractor shall have an exemplary safety record, complex well abandonment expertise and capability, and the capacity to perform assigned work for the OWA.
