Please TEXT us at 519-842-7845 to let us know you have arrived. If you do not have a cell phone, there are specific parking spaces set aside for you so that a receptionist will be able to see when you arrive. We will notify you when it is your turn, and you will be able to bring your pet into the entry way to safely hand off to a staff member . All dogs must be on a secure leash and collar, and all cats need to be in a secure carrier.
