Description: The Paul Andrew Clapper Foundation is a Nonprofit Organization. The Paul Andrew Clapper Foundation was created by Gean and Frances Clapper in 1999 as a memorial to their son, Paul, who died of leukemia at the age of 25. The purpose of the Foundation is to raise funding to improve the availability of bone marrow matches in cooperation with The Marrow Foundation which is part of the National Marrow Donor Program.
