Songs to ride away on...
I first sang around a campfire. That’s the feeling I aim for at my gigs. I like a song to be as clear as a night sky, so people can enjoy the words as well as the music.
My songs tell stories. Some of the stories come from my travels in the American West, Mexico and Africa. Others were inspired by world myths and folk tales. Wherever the songs come from, I want the listener to feel swept away and inspired by the stories they tell.
