Peter Chow is an international arbitrator and arbitration advocate. He has substantial experience with high-stakes, complex international disputes globally, including those related to energy & natural resources, oil & gas, infrastructure & construction and technology projects, shareholders and other commercial disputes.

Prior to practising as an independent arbitrator and counsel, Peter was a partner at three US international law firms, namely, King & Spalding (Singapore), Squire Patton Boggs (Hong Kong), and Bryan Cave (Hong Kong). He has held various leadership roles, including global head of Greater China disputes practice, head of Asia disputes practice, and head of office.

Peter has acted as counsel in numerous arbitration cases, including those involving ICC, HKIAC, SIAC, CIETAC, ICDR, AAA, NAI and UNCITRAL arbitral rules. He has been involved in arbitrations in Asia for over 30 years and is one of the most experienced arbitration lawyers in Asia.
