Since 1968, we have been rebuilding the lives of highly traumatized children and families involved in the juvenile justice and child welfare systems. Our approach is to address the various social, economic and health factors that cause trauma to individuals and communities and that lead to reduced access to resources, supports and opportunities. Parrott Creek Child and Family Services is located on the stolen ancestral homelands of the Clackamas, Cascades, and Tumwater bands of Chinook people; the Tualatin and Pudding River bands of the Kalapuya people; and the Northern Molalla people. After being forcibly removed, the descendants of these tribes are now part of the Confederated Tribes of Siletz Indians and the Confederated Tribes of Grand Ronde Community of Oregon.
