Established in 1998, the Prince George Backcountry Recreation Society ( PGBRS ) is a not-for-profit society with no paid staff and is run entirely by the efforts of volunteers. The PGBRS was incorporated to support local non-motorized recreation clubs, societies and groups in the central interior of British Columbia.
