We do appreciate that sometimes things do not go as planned but ask for no less than 24 hours notice for cancellations. Should cancelling within 24 hours become a habit, the following policy will be followed:
1st Occurence — Look past and rebooking. 2nd Occurence — $35 rebooking fee made in person in order to schedule another appointment. 3rd Occurence — I will no longer be able to take you as a client.
