National MS Society Memorial Funds Create a Page Remember the life and legacy of your loved one. A National MS Society Memorial Fund gives you the opportunity to change the world for people living with multiple sclerosis while observing a loved one who has passed.
When a Memorial gift is received, the MS Society will send a personalized letter to the person or family member designated, notifying them of the thoughtful gift, but not revealing the amount of the donation.
