View this post on Instagram We’ve received a grant from the Natural Resources Conservation Service to plant 11 of our 40 acres to milkweed and other pollinator habitat species next spring under their Conservation Stewardship Program. We’re super jazzed about it. We’re harvesting seed for it. But the program is likely to be defunded in the next Farm Bill which means other farmers may not be able to benefit from these types of conservation-minded programs in the future.
