The PLUS Team was started in 2016 with a small group of agents under Tanya Eldert. In 2017 Tanya moved to Realty Partners as a Founding Member and began to help Realty Partners grow, eventually taking on the role of broker. Fast forward to 2020 where Tanya is a Partner in the brokerage and has step down from broker to build a team of professionals that offers something different in the industry.
