We pride ourselves in being a small friendly church, welcoming individuals of different denominational backgrounds to come together to worship and participate in the fellowship of a church family while in Portales. It has been estimated that 58 percent of the members of the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) did not grow up in the denomination.
The small city of Portales is home for those at Eastern New Mexico University, and at Cannon Air force base, as well as for others; consequently many are present for short periods of their life. All who have faith in God are welcome at our Sunday services which begin at 11:00am.
Communion is available as part of the normal worship service on the first Sunday of each month. All who believe in God are welcome to participate.
