Launched in 2011 and originally targeting only Mongolia and the CIS countries, the programme successfully progressed as more EBRD countries expressed interest in upgrading their legislation towards the UNCITRAL Model Law standard. By 2021 eleven EBRD countries of operation are covered by the programme.
EBRD is an international financial institution that promotes transition to a well-functioning market economy.
