Prem, also known as Prema Smith is the creative Director of Prem’s Seafood Bar and Grill. Prem was born in Sri Lanka, and at the age of 3 was adopted from an Orphanage by a Tasmanian family. These days Prem is an Actor and Film Director, now residing back in Tasmania and is super driven to provide the freshest and best local Tasmanian produce to your plate.
Absolutely superb food and great service. We celebrated our wedding anniversary here and could not have chosen a better restaurant.
