We warn that the implementation of highly controversial and failed CSE programs in our public schools (see failure rates at SexEdReport.org ) will cause many parents to either a) opt their children out of sex education entirely resulting in fewer children receiving instruction on sexual risk avoidance, or (b) withdraw their children from public schools altogether.
