Our team has over 25 years of experience in computer repair and IT services. James, the owner, started as a field service engineer for Medic Healthcare Systems in 1995, now known as Allscirpts. In 2008 during financial crisis and depression, he was let go from the company. He then started his company, QPC Computer.
During their time with Medic Healthcare Systems, James and three other field service engineers provided computer and IT services for over 150 healthcare clients throughout Southern California. Back then, services had to be perform onsite due to no cloud computing and low Internet speed. Las Vegas and Hawaii were also their covered areas, James surely missed going to those places.
