This book is all about setting up your own custom plan that is based around doing certain things that are specific to you and the type of person you are, to help you quit smoking. There are around 10 steps to the plan, and you go through each step for an entire 7 day period. For me the 7 days flew by. It’s basically like a nicotine detox but you don’t use any kind of medications or drinks or anything like that, you just let your body purge the nicotine naturally.
The main thing about this system is the author explains how a smoking addiction is very similar to other types of strong addictions. I had no idea that cigarettes can be just as addictive as heroin or cocaine. Which makes sense and also explains why so many people have such a hard time quitting even after it badly damages there health.
My copy also came with the Action Plan guide which was very very helpful. This guide breaks down each step even further so that you can build your own stop smoking plan catered to you.
