Thank you for taking the time to stop by. Elections are an essential part of our democracy, yet many people are often quite unaware of who is standing, or of what individual candidates hope to achieve.
In a healthy democracy, we believe any citizen or group of citizens should be able to speak out or contest elections without fear of bullying and intimidation from other candidates or from vested interests. However, it is obvious that there are already candidates running in this election who think these values do not apply to themselves. This website is in response to the need for voters to have access to unbiased, objective information so they can make informed and, hopefully better, decisions about who to vote for in the 2020 Queensland Local Authorities elections for the Moreton Bay region.
