I have been creating art since I was a little girl. When I was in high school I became particularly interested in the Native American photographs of Edward Curtis. I began drawing from them in my high school art class and won a few competitions. I love painting and drawing people. Whether it is a proud chief, an Assiniboine mother and child, a Zuni warrior, a Navajo Grandmother displaying all her turquoise or just some weary travelers on a journey to a better place, my art reflects the struggles and triumph
