RCM Veterinary Surgery is owned and operated by Dr. Rachel Chmelovski. Dr. Chmelovski will be taking her final surgical boards in order to achieve board-certification from the American College of Veterinary Surgeons in February of 2023.
RCM Veterinary Surgery is a mobile surgical practice. Upon diagnosis by the primary veterinarian of a surgical condition, we are consulted and work together to develop a treatment plan. Scheduling is determined by both parties to be performed at the primary veterinarian’s clinic or one of our partner facilities .
Follow-up care will take place at the patient’s primary veterinary clinic at the discretion of the primary veterinarian. Our doctor is available for follow-up consultations when necessary.
