I’m a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) of 14 years, Birth Doula for 10 years and now a Student Midwife! I’m also a mom, wife, homeschooler, missionary, former homesteader and former professional dancer. I love an all-day talk with a good friend and good coffee in hand…typically at the beach while we watch our wild and free kids play and surf.
I began the Real Food Family blog in 2006 and over the years it has become a library of healthy living resources with recipes, articles, videos, ebooks and more.
