Description: This is the site for soprano, Celia Castro. She sings opera roles such as Donna Anna, Elektra, Norma, Leonora, Senta, and other spinto and dramatic soprano repertoire. She also sings art song. Because of her Puerto Rican and Dominican heritage, she presents regular recitals of Spanish art song and women composers. Composers often ask her to sing their music because she is so good at making their compositions come to life with her sensitive musicianship and wide vocal range.
