My wife was diagnosed with stroke and dementia on 4 August 2021 when she was admitted by 995 Ambulance to NTFGH Hospital. She stayed there for more than a month and was recovering well. Doctors at that time advised that she should be moved to a Nursing home as COVID-19 cases were going up even in hospitals. With the help of the MSW of NTFGH we found a Home that was affordable for us. So on 9/9/21, we transferred my wife to Red Crowns Senior Living at Clementi Ave 4. I really appreciate the concept of Senior Living as proposed by Red Crowns. They not only give the Elderly the 24/7 care they need, but also the dignified freedom of living their golden years. From a caregiver's point of view, Red crowns' staff and management have greatly helped me in juggling my need to provide good and holistic care for my mom, as well as my full time job and other situations in life.

The communal living in an home environment is also very suitable for aging in place.
