Focused on print making, painting and drawing, her recent works explore life and death through society’s impact on fragile creatures and objects. Old glass and metal imbedded geologically in painted cement and plaster sculptures. Large paintings of dead birds on fabric, dark decaying birds in relief, and delicate pencil drawings are a few examples. Beauty and discomfort experienced all in one moment.
