RefTrack provides multiple management tools to help administrators manage their employees. There are four types of users that can have access to RefTrack. Administrators, Employees, Team Members and Power Users. RefTrack will allow you to setup as many User Groups to each non administrator category. Each person in the system will need to be assigned into one or more user groups. RefTrack provides your employees with a valuable portal to control and manage assignments. New potential employees can submit requests to join your group. If accepted, they will be able to manage their availability by dates and times. Employees can also block conflicts with teams and facilities. Once game assignments are posted, employees can accept or decline assignments from the portal.
