Ariel Guarco is the president of the International Co-operative Alliance. Mr Guarco is president of Cooperar, the Co-operative Confederation of Argentina, and has been a board member of the Alliance since 2013. Cooperar works with 67 co-operative federations, 5,000 co-operatives, and ten million members. Mr. Li Chunsheng is the Vice President of the All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Co-operatives (ACFSMC), holding the rank of Deputy Minister. Mr. Li is committed to promoting win-win cooperation and mutual development between co-operatives in the Asia-Pacific Region and around the world. During his long period of service, he worked with Helihe farm in Heilongjiang Province, Ministry of Forestry, and the State Council in China.
