A study of 40 congregations in the Washington, D.C. area. Diverse sample by size, geography, and religious tradition, including interviews, observations, and a questionnaire.
Meta-analysis of data collected from over a dozen denominational partners. Analysis of clergy demographics, financial data, participation, and commitment.
