As a muscle therapist, I will assess where you need treatment and what may be causing your pain, usually by testing what range of motion you have in the area to see exactly which muscles are giving you trouble and will tailor a treatment plan to suit. The treatment itself involves a range of techniques i have learnt and tailored over the years including deep tissue massage, Myofascial release, trigger point therapy, stretching and muscle energy techniques.
