The Jonas at GL50 team are happy to cater to dietary requirements within reason but we must know when booking. To keep waste to a minimum we only keep in stock what is on the menu at the time and so we will sadly be unable to cater for unannounced dietary requirements.
We treat our guest’s safety with the utmost seriousness but due to the size of the kitchen and complexity of our menu we cannot guarantee that we work in a nut, dairy, gluten or allergen free environment and cannot guarantee against cross contamination. Therefore we cannot accommodate a severe or life threatening allergy. If this applies then please contact us directly to discuss before booking.
