April 17, 2020: Giving a talk at the UF Animal Molecular and Cellular Biology seminar series. --> I am an Assistant Professor of Biostatistics at the University of Florida. I obtained my Ph.D. in Statistics (Emphasis in Biostatistics) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2017 working with Dr. Christina Kendziorski . I obtained a B.S. in Statistics and a B.S. in Mathematics from the University of Florida in 2012.
My research focuses on the development of statistical methods and computational tools for analyzing high-throughput genomic and next-generation sequencing data. My current focus is on single-cell transcriptomics and epigenomics and time-course transcriptomics.
