Dr. Belson specializes in short term individual, couple and family therapy that is focused on achieving solutions to problems and not discussing them endlessly session after session. Personal, relationship and family issues are typically resolved in 5-15 sessions.
Dr. Belson is a tenured Professor at the highly-regarded Adelphi School of Social Work and also teaches Postgraduate Students in Marriage and Family Therapy.
