Cherry Hill Homes will be closing its Mutlifamily Housing Program waiting list for all bedroom sizes effective December 31, 2021. Applications for Cherry Hill Homes will no longer be accepted, due to the wait time is over one (1) year for all bedroom sizes. The waiting list will remain closed until further notice.
As of December 2022, the temporary COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Alabama (ERA Alabama) Program has distributed nearly all available funding provided by the U.S. Treasury. ERA Alabama is no longer accepting any new applications or new additional funds requests effective Thursday, December 15, 2022.
