This is a website for parents of children between the ages of 3 and 7 or 8 who want to help them to understand arithmetic. I have taught hundreds of children over more than 20 years in New York City schools, and I know that parents can help. All that they need to do is to provide brief, informal “lessons” like those that I have included here.
