Kids are geared up in full pads and asked to go out and kill with very little understanding of how to play the game. They are instantly thrown into a competitive environment with coaches trying to win games and a bunch of parents screaming and shouting.
Some kids will learn to survive or even thrive in this standard scenario. But most of the kids will be left confused on how to play and don't develop a love for the game of football. Eventually quitting football and finding another sport.
ROCKIT Football is an all encompassing football organization that provides a structured progression of learning for young athletes balancing safety and development. Athletes develop through a year round coaching, performance training, school district league play, tournaments, and training camps.
