When I first stood on the Rocky Point parcel, I was amazed at the stunning dynamic views, long bluff, and the peaceful pastoral setting. My wife Dina and I named it after its prominent feature – a rocky point.
Over the years, we have developed other communities, including nearby River Bend. River Bend has similar land features and is considered by many to be exceptional.
