Biography Roman Lob was born on July 2, 1990, in Köln, Germany. Best known for representing Germany at the 2012 Eurovision Song Contest,he was first noticed when he appeared as a contestant in the 2007 season of the casting show „Deutschland Sucht den Superstar“. However, he had to drop out of the show due to a vocal cord infection. In 2012, Lob won the casting show „Unser Star für Baku“ with a performance of „Standing Still“ (a song co-written by Jamie Cullum) and was therefore selected to appear at the Eu
Since then Lob toured all over Germany with his Live Band, won the ECHO 2012, and „ Standing Still“ went Goid wir more than 150.000 records sold. Since then he has worked on his 2. Album „HOME“ , which is really his very own Album, all the Songs are developed, written or co written by Roman. The Album will be released on 25.7.2014 , already on 11.7. the new Single „All That Matters“ will be availabe including a emotional Music Video. Roman Lob will be touring this Fall.
