The Judges of the Ross County, Ohio Court of Common Pleas, General & Domestic Division, and Juvenile & Probate Division, having reviewed current CDC and Ohio Department of Health guidelines, hereby rescind the Temporary Order filed March 18, 2020, effective June 2, 2021. Further, effective June 2, 2021, fully vaccinated individuals 1 will not be required to wear a mask when present on the courthouse premises.
The General Division of the Ross County Common Pleas Court is a trial court of the general jurisdiction created by Article IV, Section 1 of the Ohio Constitution. The Court has jurisdiction over all felony criminal cases and a wide variety of civil cases, including but not limited to actions involving personal injury, professional malpractice, domestic matters, such as divorce and child support, appeals from administrative agencies, breach of contract, foreclosures, and actions for declaratory judgment and
