Biography Jacob M. Rzepka, Esq. Mr. Jacob M. Rzepka grew up in the greater Cleveland area graduating from Cleveland Heights High School in 1971. Mr. Rzepka went on to receive a Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering from Northwestern University in 1974, and a Masters degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota in 1977. Mr Rzepka attended the University of Texas at Austin where he completed all work except a dissertation required for a Ph.D in Information Systems. Having graduated with ho
