Latest News The July 12, 2023 Board meeting was held. The Board approved the filing of paperwork with the attorney to preserve the Declarations and Covenants for Sago under the Marketable Record Title Act. Minutes are forthcoming. There was discussion and plans to address paver replacement issues, mulch, and irrigation issues. An ALOFT treatment was made the week of July 16 to address chinch bugs.
