He should be able to identify article correctly. He should know where it is made, of what it is made, where it can be bought know it is made of, what it is made, where it can be bought and if possible he should be able to describe how it is made. Also he should be able to select a quality article for their clients. We should be kept in mind that if articles of poor quality sold to tourist would damage the reputation of country.
