GEM is now located at Refine, a high-end salon at The Village at Beardslee Crossing in Bothell. Thanks to all of you, GEM enjoyed thirteen successful years at Carillon Point!
In April of this year, Carillon Properties abruptly terminated our lease with no grounds, but to say they were “re-tenanting” the plaza. As you know, GEM was thriving with five star reviews so this was a shock to all of us. Carillon Properties, without my knowledge, signed my lease over to William and Petra Hines, husband and wife hairstylists working in GEM at the time. Sadly but understandably, many of the stylists I had enjoyed working with for more than thirteen years dispersed to find new opportunities
