Bouquet Subscription : Once you have signed up for the subscription, no changes or refunds are available. If you are unable to continue picking up your share, consider gifting or selling the remainder of your share to another individual.
Tuber purchase : We do our best to provide the healthiest dahlia tubers to you. Dahlias do take time to emerge (up to 21 days) and are also prone to conditions that prevent this, such as weather, rodents, and bugs. We are not responsible for lack of germination due to natural causes. If for some reason, you feel that you received a defective tuber, please send us a picture and we will send a replacement for the following season. There are no cash refunds.
Weddings & special event bookings : For weddings and rehearsal dinners, we require a nonrefundable $200 deposit to secure the date. That amount will later be credited to the final balance.
