To keep your license, you must act quickly. You have ten days after your arrest to request a DMV license hearing. To request a hearing, download my free DMV Hearing Request Form, complete it, and fax it to the number at the top of the form. If you wait more than ten days, you will lose your license, and there is not much that can be done about it.
