St. Andrew's, Sandon will be open all day on Saturday for prayer and reflection following the death of Queen Elizabeth II. A book of condolence is available. A prayer on the death of Her Majesty Gracious God, we give thanks for the life of your servant Queen Elizabeth, for her faith and her dedication to duty. Bless our nation as we mourn her death and may her example continue to inspire us; through Jesus Christ our Lord. Amen.
A number of you have in one way or another expressed an interest in the bell refurbishment project.
On Thursday and Friday Mike Worboys, along with 3 other volunteers have worked with the bell hangers' man to install the beams in this image ready for bringing the bells down on Monday and Tuesday.
