We pride ourselves on our strong club culture, underpinned by our values of respect, integrity, inclusion, sportsmanship and wellbeing. The previous three seasons have seen the club celebrate strong membership with over 60% female participation.
The Sandringham Athletic Club is fortunate to have an exceptional coaching team and many squads who create a fun and open training environment where athletes can enjoy social or competitive athletics, winter cross-country, or recreational running.
The club has a rich history of Australian representatives at Olympic, Paralympics, Commonwealth Games, World Championships and World Junior Championships. Most recently our own Michal Burián won Silver at the Tokyo Paralympics in F64 Javelin, also throwing a World Record in his own classification for F44.
