In conjunction with the surrounding 55 & over housing development project (San Juan Oaks Living), San Juan Oaks will also be making some major improvements to the golf course. Our new ownership group is committed to bringing San Juan Oaks Golf Club back to similar conditions to when the course opened for play back in September of 1996. To help with this endeavor we have hired the original course architect Gene Bates to lead the way. The renovation project will include a new pump station & irrigation system,
We are very excited about what the future holds for San Juan Oaks. With that said, due to the timing and the intense scope of work that is involved with renovations, the course will be closing operations on January 3, 2022 and will remain closed for a period of time. The initial plan is to reopen in the spring of 2023 but timing is subject to change. For those who would like to stay up to date on all the projects going on at San Juan Oaks, we will be creating a blog on our website (sanjuanoaks.com) as well
