WATER CONSERVATION SHOULD BE PART OF DAILY ROUTINE. THE REGION IS NOW IN STAGE 1. Stage 1 limits residential lawn water to one day per week. Coastal Bend residents, businesses and industry are encouraged to make water conservation part of their daily routine. Sprinkler irrigation of lawns is always prohibited from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
