I am a professional Yoga trainer for the past 15 years. I am passionate towards my profession and delighted in making people aware of the benefits of Yoga. The results and the outcome have been amazing and observed great improvement in people with health-related issues, and helping them lead a peaceful life.
I started my own Yoga Institute by the name Sri Sai Yogalaya on 2010 where we were initially training women and kids. It is now functioning by the name SARYAM Yoga Klub (Sai Academy of Realistic Yoga and Meditation), where we train everyone, non-inclusive of age. Yoga training for kids have helped them balance their studies and co-curricular activities, improved concentration, flexibility, gained immunity etc.
Ms. Thilakavathy is well known for her service in the field of Yoga Being an expertise in the field of therapeutic yoga, she has treated many people for specific ailments such as thyroid, obesity, infertility, stroke, spondylitis and many more.
