How SASSYHOPE started Several years ago we were given a boxer dog to look after for what we thought was a few weeks. Sassy1 stayed with us for many years of giving us and her many years of companionship and mutual happiness until she became very poorly July 2003.
It was heart wrenching to see her suffer and although letting her be put to sleep was the hardest thing we have ever done, she was finally pain free and at rest.
